Welcome to Color Me ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). This document contains our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the App, you agree to these terms and the processing of your information as described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Device Identifier

We collect and use a unique device identifier (UUID) to:

• Manage your credit balance and free generation allowance
• Authenticate API requests
• Track usage for service delivery

This identifier is automatically generated from your device and is stored securely on our servers. We cannot identify you personally from this identifier alone.

1.2 Photos You Upload

When you use Color Me to generate coloring pages, you provide photos from your device's camera or photo library. These photos:

• Are uploaded to our secure servers for AI processing
• Are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours
• Are stored locally on your device in the app's private storage
• Are never shared with third parties
• Are never used to train AI models

1.3 Purchase Information

When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive:

• Transaction ID (for verification)
• Product ID (which credit package was purchased)
• Purchase date and time

We do NOT collect or store your payment card information, billing address, or any financial data.

1.4 Technical Information

We may collect technical information to improve the app:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and error logs (anonymous)
• Usage statistics (e.g., number of generations, features used)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide the Service: Process your photos to generate coloring pages
• Manage Credits: Track your credit balance, free generations (2 total upon installation), and credit expiration
• Process Purchases: Verify and fulfill credit package purchases
• Improve the App: Fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features
• Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues

We do NOT use your information for marketing, advertising, or selling to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your generated coloring pages and original photos are stored locally on your device in the app's private directory. Only you and the Color Me app have access to these files.

3.2 Server Storage

Our servers temporarily store:

• Uploaded photos during processing (automatically deleted within 24 hours)
• Device UUID and credit balance (stored securely)
• Purchase transaction records (for verification and support)

3.3 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure server infrastructure with access controls
• Regular security audits and updates
• Automatic deletion of temporary files

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We work with the following third-party services:

4.1 RevenueCat (Purchase Management)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:

• Device identifier
• Purchase history
• App installation and usage data

4.2 Apple / Google (Payment Processing)

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their respective privacy policies apply:

4.3 Analytics (Optional)

We may use analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to understand app usage. These services collect anonymized data such as:

No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Color Me is designed for use by parents and caregivers to create content for children aged 3-5. While the app's content is child-appropriate, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Creating and managing the app account
• Making all purchases
• Selecting and uploading photos

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us at the address below.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access your data: Request a copy of the data we store about you
• Delete your data: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Clear local storage: Use the "Clear Local History" option in Settings to delete all locally stored images

6.2 Data Portability

You can export your generated coloring pages at any time by using the "Save to Gallery" feature, which saves images to your device's photo library.

6.3 Opt-Out of Analytics

You can disable analytics tracking through your device's system settings or by contacting us to request opt-out.

7. Data Retention

• Photos: Deleted from servers within 24 hours; stored locally until you delete them
• Credit Balance: Retained as long as you use the app
• Purchase History: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Device UUID: Retained as long as you use the app; deleted upon account deletion request

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union. If you are accessing the app from outside the EU, your data may be transferred to and processed in the EU. We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Notify you of significant changes through the app or via email (if applicable)
• Post the updated policy on our website and in the app

Your continued use of Color Me after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy and Terms.

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

Terms of Service

11. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Color Me app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

12. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Color Me app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

13.1 Your Content

You retain all rights and ownership of the photos you upload and the coloring pages you generate ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your content.

13.2 App Content

The Color Me app, including its code, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of Swinging Dogs s.r.o. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload photos that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App's code
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

15. Credit System and Purchases

15.1 Free Generation Allowance

Upon installation, each user receives 2 free generation credits. These credits:

• Are granted once per device upon first app installation
• Do not renew monthly
• Do not expire
• Are tracked via your device identifier

15.2 Credit Packages

After using your free credits, you can purchase additional credits:

• Welcome Offer (first purchase only): 10 credits for $0.99
• Starter Pack: 10 credits for $1.99
• Popular Pack: 100 credits for $8.99
• Premium Pack: 500 credits for $39.99

15.3 Credit Expiration

All purchased credits expire 365 days from the date of purchase. We will:

• Display expiration dates in the app
• Send reminders before credits expire (if notifications enabled)
• Automatically deduct expired credits from your balance

15.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swinging Dogs s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
